Job summary

Barhale Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to support multiple projects under Health, Safety & Environmental Management systems. You will report to the Head of HSE, mentor Advisors, and drive regional HSE standards across site teams.

Essential qualifications include NEBOSH General Certificate and strong English communication. The role offers a Gold Investors in People environment and a broad pipeline of civil engineering schemes across the UK.

Qualifications

• Essential NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum.
• 2nd item could be IOSH or similar.
• Analytical skills to interpret regulations.
• High standard of written English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Occupational Health & Wellbeing regionally.
• Provide HSE advice to Advisors and Site Teams.
• Collaborate with Client HSE Management and attend forums.
• Produce HSE statistics monthly and identify trends.
