Responsibilities

• Own P&L and operational strategy for the Scottish region.
• Build and lead the corporate broking team.
• Win and grow large corporate client relationships.
• Drive sales strategy and revenue delivery.
• Act as brand ambassador across the Scottish market.
• Engage in UK-wide strategic leadership conversations.
