Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is assisting a contractor to appoint a Regional Director to launch and lead the Scotland office, shaping regional strategy and building a team around the office.

You will oversee tendering through handover, manage regional P&L and deliver projects commercially and operationally to a high standard from Glasgow, with a salary between £90,000 and £100,000 plus car allowance, bonus and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial refurbishment, commercial refurbishment or office fit out.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Experience with clients and consultants such as JLL, CBRE, Colliers.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor staff.
• Skilled in client reporting and commercial management.
