Job summary

Airparks is seeking a Location Lead to oversee Scotland sites, including Glasgow, Aberdeen and travel between locations. You will drive customer excellence, profitability, and safe operations while shaping strategic plans aligned with Airparks values.

You will lead multi-site teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and build relationships with local authorities and suppliers. The role requires hands-on leadership and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading an operational function and teams.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Experience managing health and safety, logistics and compliance.
• Ability to lead cultural development and translate objectives into practical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the site, 24/7, delivering performance and customer value.
• Own the site budget and P&L, monitor performance, manage costs and revenue growth.
• Champion customer experience and resolve service issues.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and teams, fostering wellbeing and engagement.
• Set health and safety standards, complete risk assessments and audits.
