Job summary

New Horizons School is seeking an enthusiastic, resilient and inspirational Teacher of Science to teach across Key Stages 2-4 and to develop a coherent, progressive Science curriculum from primary through to secondary. This role also includes delivering accredited pathways such as Entry Level, Level 1 and BTEC, with opportunities to teach other subjects where appropriate.

Permanent, full-time position within the SABDEN Multi Academy Trust, with MPS 1-6 / UPS 1-3 plus SEN and TLR2a depending on

Qualifications

• Experience of teaching Science across Key Stages 2–4 and delivering a coherent progression from primary to secondary.
• Ability to deliver accredited pathways such as Entry Level, Level 1 and BTEC.
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science across KS2–4 and support delivery of the science curriculum.
• Develop and deliver accredited pathways and vocational options as appropriate.
