• Experience delivering BTEC L3 or similar qualifications.
• Experience with 16–19 learners and adult education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative, industry-aligned lessons using digital and traditional learning resources.
• Implement robust assessment strategies with constructive feedback to drive progress.
• Monitor learner progress with data-driven tracking and target setting.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and adapt curricula accordingly.
• Support recruitment, induction, and promotion activities within the department.
