Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Chester and the surrounding North Wales border. We have flexible, day-to-day to long-term openings, with weekly pay and great pay rates.

Deliver engaging lessons in KS3/KS4, adapt to different school environments, and provide feedback to class teachers at the end of each day. DBS Update Service (or help to obtain one) and QTS are required.

Qualifications

• QTS in any subject is required.
• Experience with KS3 and KS4 is preferred.
• DBS Update Service (or willingness to apply with our help).

Responsibilities

• Create a positive classroom environment and maintain high standards.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Delivering engaging lessons across a variety of subjects (with lesson plans already provided for you on daily supply!).
• Creating a positive, welcoming, and productive classroom environment.
• Following school policies and ensuring students stay on track with their work.
• Leaving brief, helpful feedback for the permanent class teacher at the end of the day.

What We Need From You (Requirements)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject.
• Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one with our help).
• A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.
