Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across various Secondary subjects and year groups.
Creating a positive, supportive, and productive classroom environment.
Applying effective behaviour management techniques in line with school policies.
Supporting department colleagues and leaving helpful feedback for the regular teacher at the end of the day.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd).
Strong classroom management skills and a passionate, adaptable attitude.
An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one with our help).
