Job summary

Randstad Education in Chester is seeking Secondary Supply Teachers to provide flexible, day-to-day cover or longer placements across local schools.

As a Secondary teacher with QTS, you will deliver engaging lessons using ready-made plans, foster a positive classroom, and adapt to different environments. You choose when and where you work, with support from a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• QTS in any subject.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Passion for supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects with ready-made lesson plans.
• Create a positive, welcoming, and productive classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and ensure students stay on track with their work.

What We Need From You (Requirements)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject.
• Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one with our help).
• A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.
