The Schools People provides HR & Employment Law Consultancy and DPO Services to Schools, Academies, and Multi Academy Trusts. Through our parent company Schools Advisory Service, we also offer advice on Occupational Health matters and are launching the Doctor HR service to add value.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Schools People Senior Business Partner specializing in HR & Employment Law. Knowledge of GDPR and Occupational Health in education would be advantageous. The role is home-based with travel across the NW and wider areas to support clients on-site. The Senior Business Partner will deliver HR and Employment Law consultancy, covering education HR and employment law issues. Contributions to our DPO or Doctor HR services are welcome.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
