Student YOUTH WORKER

Mainstream Secondary School: judged as outstanding by OFSTED.

The Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the internal exclusion room.
2. Manage student behaviour.
3. Oversee an internal exclusion programme that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour.
4. Manage and analyse behaviour data in a way that positively impacts student outcomes.
5. Support students with their return to mainstream lessons & management after school impositions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people, possess good communication, numeric, IT, and administrative skills.

You must be a positive role model, enthusiastic, and flexible.

Rate dependent on qualifications and experience.
