Job summary

Active Care Group’s Active Assistance division is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Telford. You will support a 5-year-old girl with complex health needs at her mainstream school, Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm during term time.

The role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular weekly rotas. You will receive pay up to £13 per hour plus 14.07% holiday pay, ongoing training, a pension, and career development via the Active Learning Hub.

Responsibilities

• Support a 5-year-old girl with complex health needs at her school as part of a consistent care team.
• Follow care plans, rotations, and receive ongoing training and supervision from the Care Manager.
