Job description

Due to growth in service, we are looking for an outstanding Student Support Worker, with relevant qualifications (GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent) and experience of working with students in a school environment, to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:

1. Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties within the school's ethos and the SEN Code of Practice.
2. Contribute to safeguarding by adhering to the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.
3. Undertake structured learning activities and programmes, adjusting activities based on student responses, and providing feedback to teachers.
4. Support the use of ICT in learning activities and help develop students’ digital competence and independence.
5. Assist in lesson planning, resource management, and preparation.
