Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a School Support Executive to join our East Midlands team, covering Nottingham/Derby. The role focuses on recruiting for non-classroombased vacancies, including administrators, site staff, chefs, cleaners, and finance staff.

You will build strong relationships with schools, manage candidate pipelines, and work with our partnership agencies to meet client needs. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in education recruitment or support services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle high volume temporary vacancies.
• Confident, motivated to work independently.
• Strong networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build outstanding relationships with stakeholders at schools and academies.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all candidates.
• Manage a pipeline of temporary vacancies across non-classroom roles.
• Develop new candidate attraction techniques.
• Shortlist and interview candidates.
• Manage a candidate pipeline.
• Meet with clients on site to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet school requirements.
