The Supply Register is recruiting a Partnership Executive to manage a portfolio of schools and drive successful recruitment partnerships across the East Midlands. The role is hybrid, based in Nottingham or Derby, with regular visits to client sites and on-site collaboration with the team.

Ideal candidates will have education recruitment experience, strong KPI focus, and the ability to build trusted relationships with schools.

• Experience in education recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage a busy temporary recruitment desk.
• Strong focus on KPIs and client service.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first port of call for recruitment queries from schools and academies in the Trust.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Effectively manage a variety of long term and day to day vacancies.
• Build a strong talent pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement.
• Conduct interviews with prospective, qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to meet school requirements and timelines.
• Deliver excellent service to facilitate strong client relationships and renewals.
• Present MI data to school stakeholders to demonstrate partnership success and development areas.
