Job summary

Exeter SAU 16 is seeking a Substitute/Instructional Aide Coordinator at Exeter High School. Under the supervision of the Principal or Designee, you will monitor call outs, schedule substitutes and instructional aides, and oversee coverage throughout the day.

You will help train new instructional aides, gather feedback from teachers and aides, and coordinate classroom coverage to ensure smooth operations during the school day. Travel between campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting substitute programs and scheduling.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of students and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the call outs in Frontline and track coverage.
• Schedule substitutes and instructional aides at start and throughout the day.
• Help train new instructional aides and ensure onboarding is effective.
• Collect feedback from teachers and aides and report to classroom staff.
• Assist in substituting in classrooms as needed.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
