Job summary

Haygrove School, Bridgwater, is seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to lead our Site team in maintaining buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff. You will oversee security, health and safety, porterage, minor repairs, and champion best value by supporting tendering and quotes with the Operations Manager and Trust Estates Lead.

Flexibility for events and lettings is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a site team in a school or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Ability to manage security, lettings support and minor repairs.
• Flexibility to assist with school events and unlocking/locking as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Direct Site Staff and coordinate security, health and safety and porterage.
• Support tendering and obtaining quotes to ensure best value.
• Provide access control and support for lettings and events.
