Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd in Burnley is seeking a reliable Site Supervisor for a primary school, working split shifts (6am-10am; 2:30pm-5:30pm). You will help keep premises safe, clean, and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, facilities, maintenance, or site supervision.
• Practical, hands-on approach for basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the school premises daily.
• Carry out routine site and building inspections.
• Undertake minor repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure grounds are safe, tidy, and well-presented.
• Monitor health and safety standards and report concerns.
• Liaise with contractors and assist access arrangements.
• Manage deliveries and assist with furniture and equipment setup.
• Support emergency procedures and respond to site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and school policies.
