Elmsleigh Infant & Nursery School, part of Esteem MAT, is seeking a committed Site Manager to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all. The role covers day-to-day management of the school site, including premises maintenance, health and safety compliance, security and oversight of contractors.

This is a full-year, 37 hours per week post with generous benefits including LGPS pension, holiday entitlement and access to CPD opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management including premises maintenance, health and safety compliance, and security.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
• Provide a welcoming, safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
