Amida is seeking a proactive Site Manager for a small, child-centred school in Fareham. The role focuses on mornings only, with opening and securing the site, routine maintenance, and active health and safety oversight.

You will work closely with the Headteacher to keep the environment safe, welcoming, and well-presented. The post offers fully funded training, specialist CPD, and career development within a wider education group.

Job description

This part-time Site Manager role in Fareham offers £30,000–£30,500 pro rata, working 7:30am to 1pm, though full-time applications are considered.

Do you take pride in keeping things safe, organised and running smoothly. Would you like to work mornings only. Would you enjoy the responsibility of leading on health and safety, building and maintenance and risk assessment. I am seeking a proactive and hands‑on Site Manager to join a small and friendly, specialist, child centred school.

Ideally, I am looking for someone to work 7:30am to 1pm, however full‑time applications will also be considered. This is a varied role that would suit someone from a buildings and maintenance background who enjoys practical problem‑solving, takes ownership of their environment and understands the importance of maintaining a safe, welcoming and well‑presented site.

Working closely with the Headteacher and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring the school remains a safe and enjoyable place for pupils, staff and visitors.
