Job summary

Morven Park Primary School in Kirkby in Ashfield is seeking a permanent Site Manager to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for students and staff, and for managing day-to-day site operations.

Working pattern is full time with split shifts; you will oversee health and safety, supervise the cleaning team and school handyman, and contribute to budget monitoring and contractor liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or school/site maintenance preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and secure school site for children and staff.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and liaise with contractors.
• Supervise cleaning staff and school handyman; manage a portion of the annual budget.
