SCHOOL SITE MANAGER - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Salary: £14.39 per hour

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6:30am -10:30am and 2:30pm - 6:30pm

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premises management, ensuring the safety, security, and proper maintenance of the site. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing safety systems, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining the premises.

Responsibilities:

• Keyholder
• Manage Cleaning and Caretaking staff
• Ensure effective project completion and communication
• Maintain building and grounds security
• Regularly check heating, lighting, and alarm systems
• Manage equipment orders for facilities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in facilities management in operational environments
• Experience with service performance KPIs
• Line management and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, risk assessments, and permit procedures
• IOSH Managing Safety qualification
• Understanding of Statutory Compliance
• IT literate
• Driving licence desirable
