The role involves managing subcontractors and ensuring project specifications are met, with a focus on ductwork, pipework, and air conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working on Restaurant Fit Outs.
• Experience with ductwork, pipework, air conditioning, BMS controls.

Responsibilities

• Work underneath a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Manage sub contracts and work with the main contractor on site.

Currently looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work underneath a Mechanical Project Manager on a High-End Restaurant Fitout Project with a £1,000,000 Mechanical Value.

Start Date:Immediate
Location:Oxford Circus
Projects: High End Restaurant Fit Outs (£1,000,000 Mechanical Value)
Day Rate:£250 - £300

Candidate Must Have

• SSSTS/SMSTS
• NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3
• Experience working on Restaurant Fit Outs
• Experience with ductwork/pipework/air conditioning/BMS controls.
• Excellent Coordination Skills
• Able to Manage Sub Contracts
• Working with the Main Contractor on site
