Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday

City Centre Recruitment is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a thriving primary school in Bournemouth. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main keyholder – responsible for locking/unlocking and alarm systems

Oversee site safety checks including emergency lighting, fire systems, and playground equipment

Manage general site maintenance and cleanliness

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Liaise with contractors and cleaning teams

Support school events with site setup and logistics
