Caretaker/Cleaner - South West Norse

Location:

Halwill Primary School and Ashwater Primary School

Salary:

£29,036.80 pro rata – Equates to £13.96 per hour

Hours per week:

32.5

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday: 6.30am - 10.00am (caretaking) & 3.30pm - 6.30pm (Cleaning)

South West Norse is a facilities management provider delivering support services across cleaning and facilities management disciplines in the region. We have a great opportunity for a Caretaker / Cleaner to join our established teams at Halwill & Ashwater Primary Schools on a permanent, part-time basis.

Role

As a Caretaker, you will work on-site under the supervision of an area manager, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. You will be responsible for equipment, products, inventory, and safe storage.

This position also involves site management duties, supporting with general maintenance issues and some minor handyman tasks.

Your Experience

If you have previous experience in a similar role, that would be advantageous. However, Norse offers full training and support for enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate:
