Job summary

Wellspring Academy Trust seeks a facilities supervisor to ensure a clean, safe, secure learning and working environment across our Leeds academies. The base site will be subject to the successful candidate’s location.

You will take responsibility for security and safety of buildings and grounds, carry out minor repairs and maintenance, support grounds work, move furniture, and report issues, working 40 hours per week across 7am–7pm, 52 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the security and safety of buildings and grounds.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance across the school.
• Support with grounds maintenance, including clearing waste and maintaining outdoor areas.
• Move furniture and equipment as required.
• Identify maintenance issues and report concerns.
• Carry out internal and external decorating.
