Job summary

Hillcrest Academy in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team. The role is 20 hours per week, 6.45am–10.45am, Monday to Friday, with start date to be agreed.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations to keep facilities safe, secure and well-maintained, manage health and safety, supervise contractors, and coordinate cleaning services. Qualifications

• Experience in site, facilities, maintenance or similar roles.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and understand academy roles and responsibilities.
• Strong organisational skills with initiative to prioritise workloads.
• Good communication and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the site, including maintenance, health and safety, security and contractor supervision.
• Coordinate site and cleaning services to maintain a safe, well‑presented environment.
• Work with academy leaders to ensure facilities are fit for purpose and compliant.
