Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a diligent School Site Manager/Caretaker for a full-time, permanent role in Harrogate. You will ensure the school environment is safe, secure, and conducive to learning for pupils with SEND, overseeing maintenance and safety compliance.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, work with contractors, support capital projects over the next 12–24 months, and collaborate with school leaders to maintain high standards of site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and building compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to inclusive education for pupils with SEND.
