Job summary

Highbury Primary School is seeking a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our supportive team. This full-time role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks) involves managing the day-to-day running of the school site to keep it safe, clean and well maintained.

The successful candidate will be practically minded, able to use DIY and maintenance skills effectively, and work collaboratively with staff. Training will be provided; flexibility is required for occasional out-of-hours

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or site maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and decorating.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of school site, ensuring safety, cleanliness and good maintenance.
• Open/close site as key holder and liaise with Site Assistant.
• Support cleaning team and cover flexible hours as needed.
