Job summary

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking a Site and Facilities Manager to ensure the site is compliant, safe and fit for purpose year-round. You will oversee building projects, site security, maintenance, and the operation of security and building systems.

Hours are 37 per week, on a rota across the year, with a strong focus on preventative and reactive maintenance, statutory testing, contractor engagement, and creating a high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing facilities in a school setting.
• Knowledge of statutory testing requirements and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee site security, building management systems, and safety procedures.
• Manage contractors and oversee statutory inspections and tests.
• Contribute to life-cycle works of the school estate.
• Provide a safe, clean and compliant learning environment.
