Qualifications

• Experience as Facilities Manager, Site Manager or Caretaker in a school preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes.
• Ability to work independently across two sites.
• Reliable, organised and solutions-focused.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential.
