Job summary

Northern Lights Learning Trust is seeking a permanent, full‑time site manager to start as soon as possible. You will help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment where pupils and staff can thrive.

You will support, nurture and understand learners’ and staff needs, communicate effectively with parents and contractors, and contribute to school life beyond core duties. IT literacy is expected.

A good understanding of health and safety, safeguarding and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be IT literate with ability to use standard office software.
• Good understanding of health and safety, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication with parents, carers, staff, pupils, contractors and external agencies.
