• Keep buildings and grounds safe, welcoming and well maintained.
• Help address maintenance issues as they arise.
• Support health and safety compliance activities.
• Contribute to the presentation and security of the site.
• Carry out practical maintenance and site support with a customer‑focused approach.
• Work closely with the Site Supervisor and wider estates team.
• Help the school operate smoothly and efficiently.
