You will carry out general maintenance, monitor site systems, manage deliveries and assist contractors, with responsibility for opening/locking, health and safety, and keeping buildings and grounds well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across the school site.
• Ensuring buildings and grounds are kept clean, safe and well presented.
• Conducting regular premises checks and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Opening and securing the school buildings as required.
• Monitoring heating, lighting, alarms and other site systems.
• Assisting with deliveries, contractors and visitors.
• Supporting basic grounds maintenance and outdoor upkeep.
• Responding promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
• Supporting the school's health and safety procedures.
• Carrying out other reasonable duties to support the smooth running of the school.
