You will report faults and hazards promptly and work to safeguarding and health & safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Previous caretaking, maintenance, cleaning, or facilities experience is beneficial.
• Practical skills and a willingness to undertake varied tasks.
• Good understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding and background checks.
• The right to work in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Secure school buildings and access points as required.
• Carry out routine inspections of the premises and grounds.
• Complete basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Identify and report faults, damage, and safety concerns.
• Maintain tidy classrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with deliveries and moving furniture or equipment.
• Support room setups for meetings and school events.
• Follow health and safety procedures and safeguarding policies.
