Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting preferred.
• First aid qualification or willingness to undertake one.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students across the school day to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Patrol the site indoors and outdoors, respond to issues calmly.
• Promote positive behaviour and support transitions between lessons.
• Provide first aid support when required and collaborate with pastoral teams.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
