Aspire People is seeking a School Receptionist to join a school environment on a temporary basis with potential for a permanent move within the school. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents and staff, handling calls, messages and front-desk administration.

It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some school receptionist experience and be friendly and a good communicator.
You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:00pm.
There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.
As a School Receptionist your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
