Job summary

The Roundhill Academy, part of Bradgate Education Partnership, is seeking a dedicated School Receptionist. The successful candidate will manage the reception area, provide excellent communication and professionalism, and contribute to a nurturing educational environment. Job description

Term time, plus inset days – 39 weeks per year

Grade 5, Pts 7 to 8 (£20,890 to £21,221 - Pay award pending from 1st April 2025)

Start Date: 26th August 2025

Provisional Interview Date: W/C 30th June 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join The Roundhill Academy as a School Receptionist on a full-time permanent basis.

We are seeking a friendly, passionate and organised individual to work on our busy reception. Experience of working in a faced paced office environment would be desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

We require the following:

• Keenness to help others and present a high level of professionalism as the first point of contact for visitors to the school.

• Ability to adapt quickly to the varying demands of a busy school reception.

• Willingness to work alongside and be a key part of a hard-working and committed team of staff.

• Experience of running a busy Reception or similar role
