Job description

Join the RGS Front Office team as our School Receptionist and become the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and pupils. You will be an organized individual with a warm, friendly manner and a desire to help others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all visitors to the school are signed in appropriately and display the correct visitor badge;
  • Assist the Attendance Officer with morning and afternoon registration;
  • Handle all enquiries via email and telephone in a polite and timely manner;
  • Liaise with Estates regarding onsite access, security, deliveries, and maintenance as required;
  • Assist in providing First Aid to pupils.
