Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner to join the in-house clinical team at Bankside School in Worcester. You will deliver psychological assessments and interventions for students with developmental trauma, neurodiversity or SEMH needs, within OFG’s clinical standards and supervision framework.

You will hold a caseload, contribute to staff training, and support school development while adhering to safeguarding and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered or evidence of recognised professional qualification as Psychotherapist/psychologist.
• Full UK driving licence and access to car.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings and working with students.
• Ability to develop formulations and intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological/psychotherapist assessment and intervention to students.
• Hold a psychological/psychotherapy caseload with clinical supervisor support.
• Contribute to school development, staff training and consultation.
• Maintain clinical records, reports and intervention plans.
