Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Dibden Park School & Bower Lodge School. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions to students with SEMH needs, trauma histories, or neurodivergence, within the OFG Ways of Working framework.

Collaborating with education staff, you’ll manage an OT caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree is essential.
• HCPC registration and RCOT membership required.
• Experience with LD, SEMH or neurodivergence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and professional consultation as required.
• Deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention in an education setting.
