Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner to join Bankside College in Worcester. You will deliver assessments, work with a multidisciplinary education team, manage a clinical caseload under supervision, and contribute to staff training and school development.

The role is permanent, 15 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to £52,000 depending on experience. Applicants must hold HCPC registration and be able to drive in the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified Psychologist (HCPC registered) or Psychotherapist with relevant experience.
• Registered member of HCPC, BACP, or UKCP.
• Experienced in multi-disciplinary collaboration and effective communication with families and caregivers.
• Knowledgeable about trauma-informed practices and neurodiversity.

About the Role

As a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner at Bankside College in Worcester, you will:

• Deliver psychological assessments and interventions to students with diverse needs, including those who have experienced developmental trauma or are neurodivergent.
• Collaborate closely with our education team to create a nurturing environment that fosters independence.
• Hold a psychological caseload with the support of a designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to school development, staff training, and consultations.

• A qualified Psychologist (HCPC registered) or a recognized Psychotherapist with relevant experience.
• A registered member of professional bodies such as HCPC, BACP, or UKCP.
• Experienced in multi-disciplinary collaboration and effective communication with families and caregivers.
• Knowledgeable about trauma-informed practices and neurodiversity.
• Capable of developing clinical intervention plans and delivering training.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position offering 15 hours per week at a competitive salary of up to £52,000 (dependent on experience). You will need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
