Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Practitioner Psychologist to join the in-house clinical team at Reddish Hall School. You will deliver assessments and interventions for students with trauma, neurodiversity, or SEMH needs, under supervision, and contribute to staff training and school development within a safeguarding-focused, multi-disciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and doctoral level psychology degree.
• Experience in educational settings with children/youth.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary working and family engagement.
• Ability to write clear clinical records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Hold a psychological caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to school development, staff training and consultation.
• Provide psychological assessment and intervention for students with trauma, neurodiversity or SEMH needs.
• Maintain safeguarding and professional standards in line with HCPC.
