Job summary

Outcomes First Group seeks a Psychotherapist or Psychologist Practitioner to join our in-house clinical team at Bankside School & College in Worcester. You will deliver psychological assessments and interventions to students, collaborating with education staff and a designated supervisor.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and ensuring student-centred care, within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. Availability for driving is preferred.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or equivalent qualification is required.
• Qualified psychologist or psychotherapist with HCPC registration or equivalent.
• Master’s level qualification or Level 6 with therapeutic diploma is acceptable.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
• Strong communication with families and carers is expected.
• Commitment to CPD and safeguarding standards is required.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
