Job summary

Living Streets, the UK charity for everyday walking, is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive a schools project across West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and ensuring the project achieves its behaviour change aims.

You will recruit new primary and secondary schools, keep active schools engaged, and support the distribution of resources to project audiences implementing walking interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating school-based projects with stakeholders.
• Ability to recruit and engage primary and secondary schools.
• Willingness to travel across West Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of the schools project in partnership with West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
• Recruit new primary and secondary schools onto the project.
• Keep active schools engaged and support the implementation of walking interventions.
• Organise the distribution of resources to participating schools.
