Job summary

Castlebridge School is seeking a dedicated Premises Supervisor to oversee day-to-day management of the school site and support an exceptional learning environment for pupils. You will coordinate maintenance, monitor compliance and help ensure buildings and grounds are safe and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities include acting as a joint key holder, coordinating contractors, maintaining H&S records and supporting safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and grounds maintenance is essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and procedures.
• GCSEs including English and Maths and relevant trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as joint key holder and support site security.
• Manage routine maintenance and report major defects.
• Maintain health, fire safety and COSHH records.
• Support site inspections and safety compliance.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers.
• Monitor grounds and facilities condition.
• Assist with school events and operational needs.
