Broadhurst School in Hampstead, North London, is seeking a reliable Premises Supervisor to ensure the site is safe, secure, clean and well maintained. You will oversee day-to-day premises maintenance, carry out routine safety checks and support the smooth running of the school, working with the Proprietor, Headteacher and administrator.

Responsabilidades

• Premises maintenance: maintain buildings, grounds and outdoor areas to a high standard, report issues.
• Health and safety: carry out routine site inspections and safety checks, identify hazards and take action.
• Cleaning and hygiene: maintain high standards of cleanliness; follow cleaning rotas; keep areas tidy and presentable.
• Site security: assist with opening/closing of premises; ensure doors, gates and access points are secure.
• Compliance: follow health and safety procedures, COSHH, safe handling and storage of materials.
• Fire safety: keep exits and routes accessible; report faults promptly.
• Equipment and supplies: monitor cleaning materials and equipment; replenish as needed.
• Outdoor areas: keep playgrounds and entrances clean, safe and suitable for children.
• Waste management: manage waste appropriately; keep external areas hazard-free.
• Record keeping: complete routine premises checklists and health and safety docs.
• Communication: report repairs, hazards and concerns to Headteacher or administrator.
