The successful candidate will lead daily maintenance, safety checks and contractor coordination to uphold high standards. The position is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Premises Manager, Site Manager or Caretaker role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Practical maintenance and DIY skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance and security of the school site.
• Carrying out regular health & safety checks, including fire alarms and emergency lighting.
• Managing site compliance, risk assessments and record keeping.
• Coordinating contractors and overseeing site-related projects.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of buildings and grounds.
• Supporting school events and occasional out-of-hours requirements.
