Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance, grounds, cleaning, and other contractors to ensure timely delivery of tasks and compliance.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc checks around the building and grounds to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain O&M information and H&S files and liaise with Trust Facilities Manager and senior staff.
• Assist Trust Finance and Extended services for lettings and related tasks and manage service scheduling.
