Qualifications

• Has strong practical maintenance and handyman skills.
• Experience in carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating and general repairs.
• Ability to carry out routine maintenance and site improvement work to a high standard.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements and building compliance.
• Can manage contractors and oversee site-related works effectively.

Responsibilities

• Opening, closing and securing the school site.
• Conducting routine building and grounds inspections.
• Carrying out general repairs, maintenance and decorating tasks.
• Managing health and safety checks and compliance records.
